All orders are delivered directly to your home. We do not currently have collection points or pickup locations.

We strive to ensure timely and efficient deliveries, but factors such as distance, order volume, and external delays (e.g., weather or road conditions) may affect delivery times.

After purchasing your order, we ensure you stay informed with timely updates regarding the status of your order:
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email with a summary of your order.
Proof of Purchase & Delivery Timelines
Within 24 hours of your order confirmation, you will receive your Proof of Purchase along with estimated delivery timelines.
Sorting Updates
You'll receive updates when your order arrives at our primary sorting facility and again when it reaches the regional sorting facility.
Out for Delivery
When your order is processed and ready for final delivery, you will receive an Out for Delivery notification confirming your package is on its way.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are charged as a percentage of your product's value, as well as based on your delivery location.
- Delivery fees generally range between 3% to 5% of the total order value.
- We run promotions where we may waive delivery fees for certain products or regions.
- Priority Shipping: Available at checkout for expedited delivery at additional cost.
- Surcharge Fees: For larger appliances, a 5% surcharge on the total order value may apply to cover special handling and transportation.
Changing Delivery Address
Once your order has been confirmed, we are generally unable to change the delivery address. This is because your details have already been uploaded into our logistics systems.
However, if the order has not yet been shipped for last-mile delivery, we may be able to accommodate a change. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Rescheduling Deliveries
If you need to reschedule your delivery, please reach out to us via email at dailyexpress@wondabox.ai. Include the rescheduling details, such as the new preferred delivery date. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request.
Missing Items
If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery at dailyexpress@wondabox.ai. Our logistics department will investigate and take immediate action. Please check your order thoroughly as soon as it arrives.
Delays in Delivery
We understand how frustrating delivery delays can be, and we are committed to keeping you informed. Delays may occur due to:
- Supplier delays: If an item is out of stock or delayed from our suppliers.
- Sorting and Consolidation: Our team may need additional time to consolidate items from multiple suppliers before shipping together.
In case of any significant delays, we will notify you promptly and keep you updated on the status of your order.
