Welcome to Daily Sale Express. By using our website (www.dailysaleexpress.co.zw) and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. By continuing to use our platform, you accept any changes made to these terms.

2. User Accounts & Security

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are only processed once full payment is received and confirmed. For Daily Sale Express orders, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD). We also accept EcoCash and InnBucks.

Pricing errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Daily Sale Express: Delivery within 24-48 hours, subject to location and product availability.
  • Standard delivery: 5 to 7 business days.
  • Delivery fees are 3% to 5% of the order value and vary by location.
  • Priority shipping is available at an additional cost.
  • Large appliances may be subject to an additional 5% surcharge due to logistical handling requirements.
  • Once an order is confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be logged within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
  • All original seals must be intact; otherwise, the return will be denied.
  • If the wrong item was delivered, we will correct it within 48 hours.
  • For defective items, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months.
  • Items damaged in transit (especially TVs, laptops, and appliances) must be inspected upon delivery with the courier.

Non-returnable items: Digital content, health-related items, personalized products, and certain consumables cannot be returned.

6. Warranty Policy

We pass on manufacturer warranties where applicable. Standard warranty: 6 months, except for TVs, laptops, cellphones, stoves, fridges, washing machines, and other major appliances, which have manufacturer warranties.

Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer when applicable.

7. Privacy & Data Security

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Data Security Policy. Your information is used for order processing, customer support, and marketing purposes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You have the right to access, update, or delete your data.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

Product images on our site are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly. We do not guarantee that our website will always be available without interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, text, images, software) is owned by Daily Sale Express and protected under copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content is prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Zimbabwean law. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, failing which, they may be escalated to arbitration or legal proceedings in Zimbabwean courts.
