Refund & Returns Policy

At Daily Sale Express, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that issues may arise with orders. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products, receiving replacements, and requesting refunds. By making a purchase with us, you agree to adhere to the following policy.
1. Timelines for Returning Products
If you receive the wrong product, missing items, or damaged goods, you must log a return with our Returns Department within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns requested after 24 hours will not be accepted due to supplier and internal policy requirements. Failure to report within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of return eligibility.
2. Preparing Returns
To ensure your return is accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging will be rejected.
- The product must not be used.
- All accessories and items that came with the product must be included.
- All original seals must be intact; otherwise, the return will be denied.
3. Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange for collection and, if it is a sorting error, we will deliver the correct product within 48 hours.
If you claim the product does not match expectations, we will verify its attributes against the product listing. If there is a positive match, the return will not be accepted. If there is a negative match, we will collect the product and provide a replacement within 11 working days.
4. Damaged Item on Delivery
Our sorting team conducts inspections at multiple points in our supply chain: when products arrive from suppliers, at our sorting facilities, and before final dispatch.
Televisions
The TV must be tested upon delivery with the courier. If testing is not possible, the courier must return the TV and reschedule the delivery. If the customer accepts the TV without testing, any damage reported afterward will be invalid, and no return will be accepted.
Other Appliances
Damage to laptops, cellphones, fridges, freezers, beverage coolers, washing machines, dishwashers, microwaves, air fryers, and other large or small appliances must be reported within 24 hours.
5. Replacement Timelines
Laptops and TVs damaged in transit require supplier approval for replacement, which may take 21-31 working days.
6. Missing Parts
Missing parts must be reported within 24 hours. We will determine whether we can replace the missing parts or if a full product replacement is required.
7. Defective Items
You may return defective items within 6 months of delivery. Upon receipt, we will inspect the product and decide to either repair, replace, or offer a refund (cash or store credit).
Defective items will NOT be accepted if:
- The defect results from normal wear and tear.
- The damage was caused by negligence or improper use.
- The product was damaged due to electrical surges or corrosion.
- The product was modified or altered.
- The product functions as described, but was used for an unintended purpose.
8. Warranty Items
We pass on the same supplier warranty provided to us. Standard warranty: 6 months return period applies to all products except major appliances (fridges, washing machines, dryers, TVs, laptops, cellphones, stoves, ovens, hobs, extractors, microwaves, air fryers, blenders, kettles).
These products are covered by a manufacturer warranty, and returns must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Upon logging a return, you will receive the manufacturer's contact details.
9. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and digital content integrity, the following items cannot be returned:
Health & Personal Items
- Intimate items (underwear, swimwear, jewelry)
- Food, beverages, or other consumables
Digital & Media Content
- Electronic vouchers, gaming codes, downloads
- Unsealed audio/video recordings or software
- Books, magazines, newspapers, journals
Customized Products: Any item that has been personalized or custom-made cannot be returned.
